Most of our products are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty; however, some manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products and this will be indicated on the product details page.
If you have an item that has become faulty, please contact us via live chat or complete and submit information showing the product and fault by clicking here.
We will ask that you send us photographs of the item to validate your warranty. Please send us at least one photo of the full product and a close-up of the area experiencing a fault if applicable. Please also include your Order Number and a description of the fault and we will come back to you with the quickest and best resolution for you.
Once you have contacted us, we will then advise you on the next course of action. Please never dispose of any goods without our notification. Faulty goods reported within 30 days are subject to your usual statutory rights.
